Kick or Recruit?

Should i kick or recruit more members? But then even if i'd recruited , some inactive members still won't online. So should i kick and recruit? If i kick you, and then you wanted to join back, just pm me @ f-lyhigh@hotmail.com.

If there's a reason that you can't online that often or whatever so, then i won't kick you. But if there isn't, then i'm sorry to say that i will kick you.

There's no other choice then i just have to do this. So ~ and try to be online that often too.
Ahhh .. if you got no reason and yet you wanted to join us back, then you havee to re-take your req. But then i might set it higher then the normal ones.
